does anyone know how many calories are consumed if you chew and spit a piece of bread and gag it out and wash your mouth out afterwards???

yuck yuck yuck i was 15 hours into my fast and then i had a finger lick of jam with margerine on it yuck yuck yuck yuck!1
what should i do keep going??
i am sooo bloated from last night and all i had was
licked jam tsp
tbsp of tea and spat out
licked some icing
sugary and fatty i know but my stomach is out like 2 inches today its sooo yuck what should i do?

hey gosh this is yonks since i have posted and now a little porky!

i am 171 yay grown!...

but now i weigh like 54kgs ew but not at my highest thank god which is 56 but i have been diagnoised with fluid retention which is uterlly foul and most disgustiong gah that is sick! ewie i hate myself soo much

i just want to lsoe weight and cos of this fluid retention they expect i have put on about 5kgs of fluid and now i have a screwed up metabolism jsut to top things off arent i lucky!!!!!!!!..... not hehe

well i hope that you are all doing well!

Hey i have suffered from and ed since i was 12 and it is a never ending cycle of ups and downs!
i recently on Lovan and put on 5 kg in 2 weeks YUCK i hate it...
also diagnoised with thyroid problems and now the oly thing i wish in the whole world is to weigh like 40 and lose 9kg in 4 weeks that would be great anyone got any tips or ideas
i currently have 1 carrot every second day or celery and i do 5 hours exercise and am OCD about cleaning and everything has to be spot less..
